By using the Testly app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The service
Testly is an app for creating and solving tests, training, taking exams and tracking progress. Core features work offline; an account and sync are optional.
Your content
You are responsible for the tests and other materials you create or import. By adding content, you confirm you have the right to do so and that it doesn't violate any laws or third-party rights.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app for unlawful activity, to distribute malicious or abusive content, or to attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorized access to it.
Provided “as is”
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for data loss arising from your use of the app. Please back up important tests regularly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. By continuing to use the app after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
